is not a rigid line or posture.<br>It is a continuously adjusted relationship between head, spine, pelvis, and ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When axis is clear, rotation becomes efficient,<br>balance stabilizes naturally,<br>and force can travel through the body with minimal loss.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Axis defines the direction in which weight settles and rotation organizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without a clear axis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">rotation becomes self-turning,<br>balance becomes reactive,<br>and transmission leaks through the joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Axis is not something you force into position.<br>It emerges when unnecessary tension decreases and the body begins to align around gravity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stand naturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not try to stand straight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply notice where your weight settles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow the head to float slightly upward<br>while the feet remain quiet on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stay for about thirty seconds and observe<br>whether effort increases or decreases.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When axis becomes clearer, you may notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">reduced effort in the neck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">easier rotation of the torso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">a more stable relationship with the ground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Axis becomes visible whenever the body must transmit force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During turning, stepping, or contact,<br>a stable axis allows force to move through the body without distortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
