Delivery refers to how force or intention travels through the body.

It is not about pushing outward.
It is about allowing structure to transmit movement efficiently.

When delivery is clear, effort decreases while effect increases.

30-Second Practice

Stand comfortably.

Sense your axis and allow unnecessary effort to release.

Extend one hand slightly forward.
Do not push.

Let the body organize behind the movement.

Notice how force travels through the structure
rather than from a single muscle.

Continue gently for about 30 seconds.

What you may notice

  • Effort spreads through the body
  • The arm feels lighter
  • Movement begins from deeper inside the body

Delivery often feels subtle at first.
Clarity develops with repetition.

Common mistakes

  • Pushing from the shoulder
  • Using arm strength alone
  • Trying to “send power”

Delivery is transmission, not projection.
It adjusts continuously as conditions change.

How delivery relates to structure

Axis provides reference.
Release reduces resistance.

Delivery allows force to travel through the structure
without interruption.

Next step

Once delivery becomes clearer,
rotation and dual track become easier to perceive.

Video Practice

A short demonstration of this structural element will appear here.

For now, focus on the 30-second practice described above.
